3-315 BEB Command Team

Located at Camp Shelby, Mississippi, the 3rd Battalion, 315th Brigade Engineer Battalion (3-315 BEB) operates as a crucial training asset within the 177th Armored Brigade, First Army Division East. As a Training Support Battalion, 3-315 BEB specializes in preparing Reserve and National Guard engineer units for mobilization and deployment through realistic, mission-focused training and expert evaluation.

The battalion is staffed with experienced Observer/Controller-Trainers (OC/Ts) who bring deep technical knowledge across the full spectrum of engineer operations—including mobility, counter-mobility, survivability, horizontal and vertical construction, and route clearance. From individual MOS proficiency to collective engineer task execution, 3-315 BEB ensures units are combat-effective, mission-ready, and technically sound.
